NEED HELP! Empty NEED HELP!

This is YingQi one of your players of XBYTERO, my RO cannot login. WHY?! it says Failed to connect to server, when i try to login the xbytero website at home, it's say website failed to open, den now i at my friend house den website can open, but never try the ro can a not. whats happening?! can anyone tell me?! please help thanks! i am Singapore player

I think your connection got problem dns or something. Try to restart your modem or Install KRO and XbyteRO Properly.
